Had a busy Memorial Day weekend... It started off with half a day of rain on Saturday!
I was able to get the rest of the garden planted by in the morning rain. Then the rest the afternoon I tackled, or should say, tried to tackle the stairs. Let's just say the railing gave me some problems. Then on Sunday we visited the graves with Kira's family and stopped for our traditional iceberg shakes. Monday my college buddy, Mike Derrick, needed some help raising the roof of his garage so I helped him for a few hours. Kira needs wanted to go help her parent paint their deck. So I can home to watch the girls. Some swim suits, sunscreen, and water toys made it possible to get work done while still enjoying some presidiums family time. We ended the day with a BBQ over at my parents house.
